Hello and welcome to the September Hive Global Leaders Program!
Hive will begin promptly at 7:00PM on Friday, September 26 with a reception and dinner.
There will be two separate dinner locations in central San Francisco, so that you can each get to know your fellow Hive participants in a more intimate setting. You will receive your Friday dinner location in a separate email soon!
Please arrange your transportation to ensure that you will arrive promptly for dinner on Friday evening.
Hive will officially end at 7:30pm on Sunday 9/28. Please ensure your flight departs after 8:30pm. We’ve designed Hive as a holistic experience and attendance is required at all sessions through Sunday 9/28 at 6pm – please let us know as soon as possible (smiley@hive.org) if you will have any issues with attendance.

Hive recommends using public transportation or a rideshare service to get to our venue, since nearby street parking is limited. There is private parking available for $25/day at the Hearst Parking Center, 45 3rd Street. The closest BART station to our venue is Montgomery.

For those of you who have expressed interest in sharing a hostel room during Hive, we will be assigning you a bed at Hostelling International: Downtown.
If you have not yet expressed interest in lodging, but still need a place to stay, we encourage you to email Emma at emma@hive.org.
Transportation:
You are responsible for your own transportation at the beginning and end of each Hive day. It’s important to us that everyone has safe and friendly rides to Hive, so we’ve partnered with San Francisco-based ridesharing companies Lyft, Uber, and Sidecar to offer free rides for all Hive attendees who are new to these services.

Dress Code:
Attire for the Hive Global Leaders Program is casual. Jeans and a t-shirt will be fine. We will be doing light morning stretching and meditation, so feel free to wear/bring comfortable clothes. It can be chilly in San Francisco, and we are planning outdoor field trips on Saturday and Sunday; please bring a cold weather jacket and/or a sweatshirt!
